From specialty foods and coffee, to kid's products and pet supplies, Brian is passionate about helping consumer brands tell their story.  Brian Alm is a brand builder, and creative director and award-winning product developer with over 20 years experience specializing in visual communication, bringing brands to life through highly compelling, on-strategy design. He has worked on projects for multiple startups and established consumer brands including Starbucks, Eddie Bauer, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Nike, Wonder Forge/Ravensburger, Athena Bottled Water and CIBO Naturals. Brian enjoys working with clients on their brands and helping get their products on the shelf, and into consumers hands. To support each project's unique needs, Brian and Jumpstart Brands will team up with brand strategists, copywriters, photographers, and social media marketers to create an effective team.

Along with his design background, Brian offers the unique perspective of being an entrepreneur and understanding what it takes to bring a product to market. Brian founded and ran Zebra Mix, a kids food and learning company. During this tenure, Brian lead his company to national sales placement in over 1500 stores, national media attention including the Today Show and Parents Magazine, and to win 9 toy awards.

Brian lives in Seattle with his wife Lisa, where you may find him jumping on the trampoline with his two teenage daughters, lost in thought while studying packaging at Whole Foods, or running with the family's two dogs.
